新北市政府從108年開始預計4年改造8座特色市場，結果進度超前，去年就完成7座了。
汐止觀光夜市就是去年剛改造完成的市場，以日式風格深夜食坊為主題，還有超過60攤美食，大多數都開到 10 、11 點，不管是異國料理、在地小吃，想吃什麼在汐止觀光夜市都找的到！
而且多數攤商都有提供行動支付以及外送平台，十分便利！
